The reason why the oil-resistant conveyor belt is oil-resistant is mainly because it adopts the following four methods:

1.The main material of the oil-resistant conveyor belt is oil-resistant rubber, such as chloroprene rubber (CR), nitrile rubber (NBR) and fluororubber (FKM). These rubber material molecules can reduce the interaction with oil molecules and avoid swelling, dissolution or softening.

2. Oil-resistant pipeline belts usually use multiple layers of cord layers or steel wire reinforcement layers to increase strength and tensile properties to avoid failure due to softening of the material when in contact with oil products.

3. Some oil-resistant belts add an anti-seepage oil layer on the surface to prevent oil substances from penetrating into the interior, thereby improving oil and chemical resistance.

4. In order to avoid aging or hardening of the material due to long-term contact with oil products, antioxidants, plasticizers and anti-aging agents are added to the oil-resistant rubber formula to extend the service life.
