1. Advantages of flame-retardant steel cord conveyor belt

(1) Flame retardant performance

Using flame-retardant rubber (such as chloroprene rubber, NBR) or PVC materials, some models can withstand high temperatures above 200 ℃, with wear resistance, high temperature resistance, and fire resistance. It is not easy to burn or can quickly extinguish itself when exposed to fire.

Compliant with international flame retardant standards such as MT668 (China), EN14973 (Europe), MSHA (USA).

(2) Antistatic performance

The surface resistance is controlled between 10 ³ and 10 ΩΩ to avoid static electricity accumulation and prevent explosions, thereby improving safety.

(3) High intensity&long-distance transportation

High carbon steel galvanized steel wire rope provides extremely high longitudinal tensile strength (up to 8000 N/mm ² or more). Suitable for long-distance (up to several kilometers) transportation of sharp ores, coal and other materials.
